Steve Walls
Steve Walls is a CPA, a Certified Fraud Examiner by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Steve’s specialties include investigating embezzlements and preparation of insurance recovery claims, misuse of company assets, partner disputes, and other malfeasance. Steve also specializes in analysis of employee misconduct to support involuntary terminations for litigation or unemployment defense. Steve has completed in excess of 175 investigations during his career.
Stan Deutsch
Stan is a former CPA with over thirty years experience as a Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer primarily with heavy equipment and automotive dealerships. Stan has an extensive background in inventory control and distribution management in addition to the selection and implementation of management information systems. Stan has a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an MBA from St. Bonaventure University.
Shalini Pai
Shalini has over ten years of experience in Information Technology and has recently earned her Master’s Degree in Accounting from Wingate University in Wingate, N.C. Shalini has seven years experience as Adjunct Faculty teaching Computer Science and Business Adminstration courses. She passed the CPA exam subject to meeting her experience requirements and serves our non-profit, small business and individual clients with their tax and accounting needs.
Beth Edwards
As our office manager, Beth is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations while providing critical administrative support to our accountants. Beth has almost fifteen years of experience in support roles in both the legal and accounting fields. In addition to her administrative roles, Beth has provided bookkeeping and payroll services for a number of the Firm’s clients and other entities in the Richmond community for over ten years. Her diversity is a valuable asset to our firm.
